- 4 sweet potatoes
- 1/2 c Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Smooth & Creamy Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp butter
- salt and pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Bake the sweet potatoes, drizzled with a tsp of olive oil each until they’re tender and soft, about 45 to 60 minutes.
Step 3
Put the baked sweet potatoes into a bowl with the ½ cup Stonyfield Organic yogurt.
Step 4
Mash the mixture well then season with salt, cinnamon, pepper and a little butter.
Step 5
Stir briefly and serve immediately!
