Winter Fruit and Oatmeal Parfait

Cook Time:

  • 3/4 cup Whole Milk Probiotic Strawberry Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal (quick cooking oats)
  • 1/2 cup dried sour cherries
  • 1/2 pear (sliced into thin pieces)
  • 2 Tbsp chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts or almonds)
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 Tbsp ground flax seed (optional)
  1. In a 12oz reusable container with a lid, layer half of the yogurt, oatmeal, cherries, pears, nuts, flax and honey.
  2. Repeat layers, ending with a sprinkling of flax seed.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes for oatmeal to soften, or overnight.
