- 4 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- juice of 6 lemons
- zest of 1 lemon
- 3/4 cStonyfield Organic Low Fat 1% Milk
- 1 c Stonyfield Organic 0% Fat Smooth & Creamy Vanilla Yogurt
- 2 pre-baked pie shells
- 2 pints fresh blackberries
- 2 c whipped cream (optional)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
Step 2
In a medium size bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, milk and yogurt.
Step 3
Pour mixture into prepared pie shells.
Step 4
Bake for 20 minutes until the edges are well set and the center jiggles a little.
Step 5
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Step 6
Can be made the day before and refrigerated overnight.
Step 7
Garnish with fresh blackberries and whipped cream.
Step 8
Makes 2 pies with 8 servings each.
