- 8fresh pineapple circular slices, ½ inch-thick, skin and core removed (or cut into wedges)
- 1olive oil non-stick cooking spray (or brush with olive oil)
- 3/4 CStonyfield Organic Greek Whole Milk Plain Yogurt or Stonyfield Organic Greek Plain Nonfat Yogurt
- 4 tsphoney or agave nectar
- pinchkosher salt, to taste (optional)
- 1lime, zest and juice
- 1handful of fresh mint leaves for garnish
- 1pomegranate arils for garnish (optional)

Step 1
Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Spray pan and pineapple (both sides) with cooking spray.

Grill pineapple until slightly softened with dark golden-brown grill marks, about 3 minutes per side.
