1 1/4 c Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt
1 t curry powder
4 c cooked leftover turkey (cut into 1 inch chunks)
1/3 c scallions (finely chopped)
2 c red grapes (seedless, halved)
3/4 c slivered almonds (toasted)
In a large bowl, combine the yogurt and curry powder.
Add the turkey, scallions, grapes and almonds.
Toss together to coat.
