Curried Turkey Salad

Give those turkey leftovers a new life with this recipe! If you are not a fan of almonds, feel free to use walnuts instead.

  • 1 1/4 c Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt
  • 1 t curry powder
  • 4 c cooked leftover turkey (cut into 1 inch chunks)
  • 1/3 c scallions (finely chopped)
  • 2 c red grapes (seedless, halved)
  • 3/4 c slivered almonds (toasted)

    Step 1

    In a large bowl, combine the yogurt and curry powder.

    Step 2

    Add the turkey, scallions, grapes and almonds.

    Step 3

    Toss together to coat.

    Step 4

    Serve chilled.
