1/4 c light brown sugar
1/2 t ground ginger
1/2 t ground cardamom
1 t cinnamon
1/4 c finely chopped crystallized ginger
2 c Stonyfield Organic Greek Plain Nonfat Yogurt
Step 1Mix all dry ingredients together in a small bowl then mix in Greek yogurt. Put in the fridge for 2 hours and up to a week to blend the flavors. Serve with fresh fruits or plain butter cookies.
