Berry-licious Parfait

As the weather gets warmer, everyone starts looking for ways to eat ‘lighter’. Yogurt parfaits make a perfect brunch or dessert treat and will help to satisfy your sweet tooth. Try making these simple, yet impressive treats with any of your favorite seasonal fruits!

  • 2 c Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt

  • 1 c fresh strawberries (sliced)

  • 1/2 c fresh blueberries

  • 6 T granola

Step 1

Clean and cut the strawberries into quarters, mixing them with the blueberries.

Step 2

Using a tall glass, alternate layers, first beginning with yogurt, then berries, and then yogurt again.

Step 3

Repeat this layering until the glass is full.

Step 4

Top with granola and enjoy.
