Beet Citrus Yogurt Bowl

It doesn’t get much simpler than putting all ingredients in a bowl and enjoying.

  • 1 c Stonyfield Organic Greek Plain Yogurt

  • 1-2 raw beets (shredded)

  • 1 fresh orange (cut into segments)

  • 1 t fresh dill

  • sea salt (optional)


Step 1

Place all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!


Use pre-cooked or canned beets in place of raw beets if you prefer a softer texture or are short on time. Canned beets should only contain beets, water and (sometimes) salt.

Substitution ideas

• Marinate the shredded beets in a little orange juice and olive oil before serving with the yogurt.

• Add shredded fennel along with, or in place of, the beets.
