Step 1

In a small bowl mix flax seed meal with water. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Preheat a waffle iron and brush on melted butter. Beat flax seed meal/water mixture and softened vegan butter in a large mixing bowl, then add Stonyfield Organic Dairy Free Blueberry Soy Yogurt, gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and kosher salt. Mix until smooth.

Step 3

Pour batter onto hot waffle iron. Cook until no longer steaming, about 5 minutes.
