Veggie Cream Cheese with Herbs

    Ingredients


  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese

  • 2 T carrots (grated)

  • 2 T broccoli (cut)

  • 2 T zucchini (grated, water squeezed out)

  • 1 T onion (grated)

  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

  • 2 T mixed herbs of your choice (cut)

  • 1/2 c Stonyfield Organic Greek Plain Nonfat Yogurt

Preparation

Step 1

With a small spatula, mix all ingredients together.

Step 2

Place mixture in a covered container and place into the fridge until you are ready to use.
