Veggie Cream Cheese with Herbs
Great for an afternoon snack, morning breakfast or even lunch for you or the kiddos.
- 8 oz whipped cream cheese
- 2 T carrots (grated)
- 2 T broccoli (cut)
- 2 T zucchini (grated, water squeezed out)
- 1 T onion (grated)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 T mixed herbs of your choice (cut)
- 1/2 c Stonyfield Organic Greek Plain Nonfat Yogurt
With a small spatula, mix all ingredients together.
Place mixture in a covered container and place into the fridge until you are ready to use.
