8 oz whipped cream cheese
2 T carrots (grated)
2 T broccoli (cut)
2 T zucchini (grated, water squeezed out)
1 T onion (grated)
1 clove garlic (minced)
2 T mixed herbs of your choice (cut)
1/2 c Stonyfield Organic Greek Plain Nonfat Yogurt
With a small spatula, mix all ingredients together.
Place mixture in a covered container and place into the fridge until you are ready to use.
