Ingredients
| 1 | c | Stonyfield Organic Fat Free Plain Yogurt |
| 1 | onion finely chopped | |
| 4 | clove | garlic (finely chopped) |
| 1⁄4 | tsp | cayenne |
| 2 | tbsp | lime juice |
| 1 | tbsp | honey |
| 1 | tbsp | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1⁄2 | tsp | salt |
| 3⁄4 | tsp | ground cumin |
| 1⁄4 | tsp | cinnamon |
| 1 | tsp | paprika |
| 1 1⁄2 | lb | chicken tenders |
Directions
In a large bowl, combine yogurt, onion, garlic, cayenne, lime juice, honey, oil, salt, cumin, paprika and cinnamon.
Add chicken and coat well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.
Preheat oven to 375°.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place chicken tenders on top.
Bake chicken until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.
