Spicy Yogurt Chicken

Ingredients

1cStonyfield Organic Fat Free Plain Yogurt
1 onion finely chopped
4clovegarlic (finely chopped)
14tspcayenne
2tbsplime juice
1tbsphoney
1tbspextra virgin olive oil
12tspsalt
34tspground cumin
14tspcinnamon
1tsppaprika
1 12lbchicken tenders

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, onion, garlic, cayenne, lime juice, honey, oil, salt, cumin, paprika and cinnamon.

  2. Add chicken and coat well.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.

  4. Preheat oven to 375°.

  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place chicken tenders on top.

  6. Bake chicken until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.
