|1||chipotle pepper in adobo sauce|
|Salt and pepper to taste|
|2||tsp||hot pepper sauce (or to taste)|
|1||c||Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt or Plain Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Greek Yogurt|
|1 1⁄2||c||frozen shelled edamame (green soybeans, thawed)|
Place garlic cloves, chipotle pepper, olive oil, yogurt, hot sauce, and cumin into a blender or food processor.
Puree until smooth, then add the edamame, and continue to purée until smooth.
Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
