Ingredients

3clovegarlic
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
  Salt and pepper to taste
2tsphot pepper sauce (or to taste)
1tspcumin
4tbspolive oil
1cStonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt or Plain Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1 12cfrozen shelled edamame (green soybeans, thawed)

Directions

  1. Place garlic cloves, chipotle pepper, olive oil, yogurt, hot sauce, and cumin into a blender or food processor.

  2. Puree until smooth, then add the edamame, and continue to purée until smooth.

  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
