Ingredients

12 medium cucumber (peeled, seeded and cut into matchsticks)
  Salt to taste
2tspfresh mint (chopped)
14tspginger
1cStonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt

Directions

  1. In small bowl combine yogurt, mint, cucumber, ginger and salt.

  2. Fold ingredients together, cover and refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
