Cucumber Raita

A cool and refreshing dip, perfect for all of those homegrown cucumbers. Serve as a dip with spicy, grilled chicken.

  • 1 c Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt

  • 1/2 medium cucumber (peeled, seeded and cut into matchsticks)

  • 2 t fresh mint (chopped)

  • 1/4 t ginger

  • Salt to taste

Step 1

In small bowl combine yogurt, cucumber, mint, ginger and salt.
