1 c Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt
1/2 medium cucumber (peeled, seeded and cut into matchsticks)
2 t fresh mint (chopped)
1/4 t ginger
Salt to taste
In small bowl combine yogurt, cucumber, mint, ginger and salt.
Fold ingredients together, cover and refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
