- 8 oz whipped cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp carrots (grated)
- 2 Tbsp broccoli (cut)
- 2 Tbsp zucchini (grated, water squeezed out)
- 1 Tbsp onion (grated)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbsp mixed herbs of your choice (cut)
- 1/2 c Stonyfield Organic 0% Fat Greek Plain Yogurt
