    Ingredients

  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp carrots (grated)
  • 2 Tbsp broccoli (cut)
  • 2 Tbsp zucchini (grated, water squeezed out)
  • 1 Tbsp onion (grated)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 Tbsp mixed herbs of your choice (cut)
  • 1/2 c Stonyfield Organic 0% Fat Greek Plain Yogurt
