- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp fresh fennel tops
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- add ground black pepper, to taste
- pinch salt
- 1 Tbsp fresh chives
- 1 cup Stonyfield Organic 0% Fat Greek Plain Yogurt
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 lime
- In a medium bowl, combine parsley, chopped fennel tops, onion powder, dijon mustard, chives, salt and pepper.
- Add in Greek yogurt, buttermilk, and lemon juice.
- Drizzle yogurt ranch dressing over salad. Garnish with fresh squeezed lime juice.
