- 1 c Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Smooth & Creamy Plain
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 c fresh chives (minced)
- 1/4 c fresh dill (minced)
- 1/4 c fresh parsley (minced)
- Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
