    Ingredients

  • 1+1/2 C frozen mango pieces, unsweetened
  • 1 C mango nectar, orange juice, pineapple juice or water
  • 1/2 C Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Smooth & Creamy Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 C raw cashew pieces
  • 1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
  • 1 tsp freshly grated lime peel
  • Juice of ½ lime (about 1 ½ tablespoons)
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Pinch kosher salt

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Chef’s Tip: If using mango nectar, you may wish to add water if too thick.
