This classic banana bread recipe will not disappoint. It's super moist and flavorful and you can make it using lowfat or nonfat yogurt.

Yields: 1 loaf
- 1/2 cupStonyfield Organic Smooth & Creamy Whole Milk Banilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 4 small or 3 large over-ripe bananas (mashed) 1 c walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°.
Stir yogurt and sugar together and then lightly beat in eggs.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda.
Now mix everything with the banana mash. Optionally add nuts at this time.
Pour mixture into a greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350° for one hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
