3/4 c Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Strawberry Yogurt
1/4 c oatmeal (quick cooking oats)
1/2 c dried sour cherries
1/2 pear (sliced into thin pieces)
2 T chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts or almonds)
1 T honey
1/2 T ground flax seed (optional)

Preparation:

Step 1

In a 12oz reusable container with a lid, layer half of the yogurt, oatmeal, cherries, pears, nuts, flax and honey.

Step 2

Repeat layers, ending with a sprinkling of flax seed.

Step 3

Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes for oatmeal to soften, or overnight.
