Winter Fruit and Oatmeal Parfait
This tasty breakfast has it all: it's quick to whip up, easy to make ahead, and super portable. Starting the day with this healthy combination of oats, dried fruits, and nuts will give you steady energy through the morning, and will make you feel virtuous too!

Ingredients
| 3⁄4 | c | Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Strawberry Yogurt |
| 1⁄4 | c | oatmeal (quick cooking oats) |
| 1⁄2 | c | dried sour cherries |
| 1⁄2 | pear (sliced into thin pieces) | |
| 2 | tbsp | chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts or almonds) |
| 1 | tbsp | honey |
| 1⁄2 | tbsp | ground flax seed (optional) |
Directions
In a 12oz reusable container with a lid, layer half of the yogurt, oatmeal, cherries, pears, nuts, flax and honey.
Repeat layers, ending with a sprinkling of flax seed.
Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes for oatmeal to soften, or overnight.
