Ingredients

34cStonyfield Organic Low Fat Strawberry Yogurt
14coatmeal (quick cooking oats)
12cdried sour cherries
12 pear (sliced into thin pieces)
2tbspchopped nuts (pecans, walnuts or almonds)
1tbsphoney
12tbspground flax seed (optional)

Directions

  1. In a 12oz reusable container with a lid, layer half of the yogurt, oatmeal, cherries, pears, nuts, flax and honey.

  2. Repeat layers, ending with a sprinkling of flax seed.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes for oatmeal to soften, or overnight.
