Yogurt Marinated Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Yogurt Marinated Chicken Wings

  • 24 chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup Stonyfield Organic plain yogurt (any fat level)
  • 1/2 Tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp salt
  • 3/4 Tbsp light brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp chili powder
  • 3/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 Tbsp parsley

Ranch Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 cup Stonyfield Organic plain yogurt (any fat level)
  • 2 Tbsp mayo
  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 & 1/2 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped
Instructions
  1. Add chicken, yogurt and spices to a bowl and toss. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight. Preheat the oven to 400F. Place a rack over a baking sheet and lay chicken wings on top. Bake for 40-50 minutes until the yogurt marinated chicken wings reach an internal temperature of 165F
  2. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise and seasons. Once combined, place in a closed container and refrigerate. Can be kept for up to 7 days in the refrigerator. For a thicker consistency use Greek yogurt in place of regular yogurt.
