Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup of butter, softened
    • 1/2 cup brown or white sugar, your choice
    • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
    • 1 egg
    • 2 cups all purpose flour
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1/2 tsp baking powder
    • 1 cup Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Vanilla Yogurt

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
  1. Bundt Cake: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour a 9-inch bundt pan
  3. Mix butter, sugar, maple syrup until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in egg till smooth
  5. Combine flour, baking soda and powder.
  6. Stir into the Stonyfield Whole Milk Smooth & Creamy Vanilla Yogurt into the batter batter
  7. Pour mixed batter into the pan
  8. Bake for about 50 minutes or until golden
  9. Let yogurt glazed maple bundt cake cool and enjoy!
  10. Yogurt Glaze: Whisk together your Stonyfield Whole Milk Smooth & Creamy Vanilla Yogurt, maple syrup, and confectioners' sugar in a bowl until smooth.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before drizzling onto the bundt cake
