Mango Ginger Lime Smoothie

  • 1.5 cups frozen mango pieces, unsweetened
  • 1 cup mango nectar, orange juice, pineapple juice or water
  • 1/2 cup Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup raw cashew pieces
  • 1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
  • 1 tsp freshly grated lime peel
  • Juice of ½ lime (about 1 ½ tablespoons)
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Pinch kosher salt
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute and serve mango ginger lime smoothie. Chef’s Tip: If using mango nectar, you may wish to add water if too thick.
