Green Yogurt Hummus

  • 1 cup cooked green chickpeas (or shelled cooked edamame)
  • 1 cup Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Greek Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup green Castelveltrano pitted olives (or green olives of choice)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp sea salts
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  1. Add cooked legumes to a blender along with Stonyfield yogurt, pitted green olives, garlic cloves, salt and olive oil.
  2. Process until smooth and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy this green yogurt hummus.
