Yogurt Horseradish Sauce
Horseradish is a traditional favorite with a holiday roast. By substituting lowfat yogurt for mayonnaise, you are not only cutting calories and fat, you are adding ‘calci-yum’ to your diet! So go ahead and have that second piece of pie this holiday!
- 1 c Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt
- 3 T grated horseradish
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t grated black pepper
