- 1 pint Stonyfield Organic Greek Plain Nonfat Yogurt
- 1 cucumber (peeled, seeded, and grated)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 T fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 T fresh mint (chopped)
- 1 T fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine ingredients in a bowl and fold together, refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
