Busy morning? No problem. Whip up some of these overnight oats for an easy start to the day that you can prep the night before!

Yields: 1 serving
- 6 dates, pits removed, thinly sliced
- 1 c old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 c Stonyfield Organic Milk
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 1/2 c Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Smooth & Creamy Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 c pecans, chopped
- pinch sea salt

Prep the night before:

Slice dates
Step 3
Place all ingredients except pecans in a small bowl or mason jar.
Step 4
Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Step 5
Remove from fridge the next morning. Stir oats. Add pecans and serve!
