- 1 egg
- 1 banana (mashed)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 c butter
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 cStonyfield Organic Smooth & Creamy Whole Milk Banilla
- 1 c raisins
- 1/4 c sunflower seeds
- 1/4 c chopped walnuts
- 4 c quick cooking rolled oats

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
Step 2
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 3
Beat in egg, salt, yogurt and banana.
Step 4
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Step 5
Turn batter into greased 9x13x2 inch pan.
Step 6
Bake for 45 minutes.
Step 7
Cut into 30 bars and store in an airtight container.
