- 1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen
- 1/2 c fresh blueberries
- 2 c kale leaves
- 2 tsp ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 c Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Smooth & Creamy Plain
- 1/3 c orange juice
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp raw honey
