Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup Stonyfield Organic Nonfat Plain Greek
- ¾ cup Stonyfield Organic Milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt.
- In a separate bowl beat the eggs, adding yogurt, milk, vanilla, and vegetable oil.
- Pour the dry ingredients into the egg mixture mix until thoroughly blended.
- Spoon the batter onto a preheated, oiled griddle, using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
- Cook pancakes slowly over a low-medium heat for approximately 4-6 minutes, flipping midway through.
- Transfer to a plate and add your favorite toppings to enjoy!
