  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 + 1/2 cups Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Plain Yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 slices avocado (save the rest for lunch by leaving the seed in the avocado!)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  1. Blend all ingredients together and drink immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container.
