- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 + 1/2 cups Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Plain Yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 slices avocado (save the rest for lunch by leaving the seed in the avocado!)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- Blend all ingredients together and drink immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container.
