Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

1ccreamy peanut butter
12cStonyfield Organic Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt or Stonyfield Organic Vanilla Greek Yogurt
13csweetened condensed milk
1 12cStonyfield Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
12ozmilk chocolate chips
1 graham cracker crust
  chocolate shavings for topping

Directions

  1. In a chilled bowl, whip 1 cup of the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.

  2. Melt chocolate and add 1/2 cup of whipped cream and mix well.

  3. Spread the chocolate mixture over the bottom and up the sides of the crust and refrigerate until set.

  4. In a food processor, blend peanut butter, yogurt and sweetened condensed milk.

  5. Add the remaining whipped cream and mix well.

  6. Pour into the crust and refrigerate overnight (or until set, about 2 hours).

  7. When ready to serve, whip the remaining heavy cream and top each slice with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
