- 3 fennel bulbs (cored and sliced thin)
- 2 cortland apples (macintosh or granny smith, peeled, cored and sliced thin)
- 2 T fresh tarragon
- 1/4 c canola oil
- 1/4 c fresh lemon juice
- 1 c Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Plain Yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
In medium sized mixing bowl combine fennel and apples.
Step 2
In small bowl combine; canola oil, lemon juice, yogurt, and tarragon.
Step 3
Mix well.
Step 4
Fold into fennel and apple mixture.
Step 5
Add salt and pepper to taste.
