- 1 Tbspcreamy peanut butter, almond butter, or sunbutter
- 1 Tbspshredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 tsphoney
- 1 tspsoy sauce
- 1/4-1/2 tspsriracha, to taste
- 1 CStonyfield Organic Greek Whole Milk Plain Yogurt or Stonyfield Organic Greek Plain Nonfat Yogurt
- 1/4 Cdiced cucumber
- 1small carrot, shredded
- 1 Tbsptorn fresh cilantro, fresh mint, or fresh basil (or all three)
- 1 Tbsproasted salted peanuts (or swap with cashews or sunflower seeds)

Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk peanut butter, juice, honey, soy sauce, and Sriracha until smooth. Add a little water, if needed, to loosen.

Place yogurt in a bowl and top with dressing, the remaining ingredients and any additional toppings, if desired.
