- 2 c fresh lobster meat (cooked)
- 1/2 c Stonyfield Organic Lowfat Smooth & Creamy Plain
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp tarragon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Step 1
Whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, oil, tarragon, salt and pepper in a medium-size bowl.
Step 2
Add lobster and mix.
Step 3
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Step 4
Serve on a long roll with lettuce.
