Yields: Serves 4-6

    Ingredients

  • 1/2 c Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Greek Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 small Persian cucumbers diced
  • 3 handfuls baked pita chips
  • 1 small red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 c halved kalamata olives, more for topping
  • 1/2 c halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 c feta cheese

directions

Step 1

Mix yogurt, lemon juice, and salt in medium bowl.

Step 2

Chop cucumbers and add to bowl and stir it up.

Step 3

Place pita chips on large platter and top with diced bell pepper and chopped olives.

Step 4

Top pita chips with yogurt mixture. Add cherry tomatoes, more olives, and feta cheese.
