Yields: Serves 4-6
- 1/2 c Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Greek Plain Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 small Persian cucumbers diced
- 3 handfuls baked pita chips
- 1 small red bell pepper diced
- 1/2 c halved kalamata olives, more for topping
- 1/2 c halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 c feta cheese

Step 1
Mix yogurt, lemon juice, and salt in medium bowl.
Step 2
Chop cucumbers and add to bowl and stir it up.
Step 3
Place pita chips on large platter and top with diced bell pepper and chopped olives.
Step 4
Top pita chips with yogurt mixture. Add cherry tomatoes, more olives, and feta cheese.
