It’s great on EVERYTHING from fresh vegetables, to baked potatoes, to pita chips, to crackers, and to bagels, of course!

Everything But The Bagel Yogurt Cheese

Yields: 9 ounces of Yogurt Cheese
- 8 oz Yogurt Cheese
- 1finely chopped scallion, white and green parts
- 1small garlic clove, smashed and minced
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp freshly cracked pepper
- 1 ½ Tbsp Everything bagel seasoning mix (blend of 5 ingredients—white and black sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried minced onion, dried minced garlic and sea sal) + more for garnish

Step 1
In a small bowl, mix the cheese, scallions, garlic, salt, pepper and Everything bagel seasoning mix until smooth.
Step 2
Let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to meld all the flavors.
Step 3
Garnish with more seasoning, if desired, and serve with your favorite vegetables.
