If you’re following us on social, you probably noticed that Stonyfield was everywhere this weekend! In case you’re not following us, here’s a peek into what you missed.
Natural Products Expo East
The weekend kicked off with a handful of our Stonyfielders heading down to Baltimore on Thursday to prep for the ahhh-mazing Natural Products Expo East event. Our massive chalkboard artwork display, Brown Cow escalator & admittedly cheesy photo booth were all total hits that helped us share the message of simple, yummy snacking with a mission.
We met lots of great people, cheered on Nexty winners and were even able to send loads of coupons home with an awesome young man whose family had lost their Stonyfield supply in the power outages of Irma. All in all, it was a fulfilling event with a few thousand of our coolest friends in the natural products industry, and we’re already looking forward to next year.
American Academy Pediatrics 2017 Conference with Dr. Tanya Altmann
We love tiny tummies, and who knows more about the health of tiny tummies than pediatricians? At this year’s AAP event, we were thrilled to sponsor a book signing by Dr. Tanya Altmann where more than 400 fans lined up to spend a few moments with one of our favorite pediatricians! Plus, in our typical down-to-earth nature, we welcomed tons of smiling faces into our giant highchair photo booth. Visitors had a blast donning baby bonnets and holding rattles for their personalized gifs.
While there, Dr. Altmann also gave an important talk about foundation foods, how to switch your baby to solids and why dairy is so good for your little one. You can still see her talk from Facebook Live by clicking here!
Festival at the Farm
Stonyfield also had the rockin’ opportunity to join in the fun at fellow B-Corp business’ “Pete & Gerry’s Festival at the Farm” on the beautiful Prowse Farm grounds, nestled at the edge of the Blue Hills Reservation in Canton, MA.
Stationed in the bustling kids’ zone, Stonyfielders shared tons of samples with hungry festival-goers, as well as the ever-popular “Dairy Cow Dash” obstacle course, which made its first mobile debut since being introduced at the 5K and Fair in May of this year. As shared by Stonyfielder Em Dewey, “An amazing weekend of sunshine, music, and plenty of yogurt made for a fantastic time at Festival at the Farm!”
