This smoothie is actually one of my favorites because I sort of concocted it. I say that because one day I just happened to throw all the right things into my blender and have it come out tasting delicious. Mango is a surprise and welcomed guest into this smoothie and the cinnamon will calm the fruit sweetness along with the Greek yogurt. Enjoy!
The Morning Glory
Ingredients
½ cup orange juice
1 cup frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries)
¾ cup frozen mango
½ banana
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp golden flaxseed meal
1/4 cup Stonyfield Greek Plain 0% fat Yogurt
Step 1: Blend all ingredients until smooth
Step 2: Drink and be glorious!
