Ho! Ho! Ho! Happy Holidays! That’s right. It’s really that time of year again. The happiest time of the year, which also happens to be the tastiest time of the year. My favorite healthy dessert idea is a nice fruit dip. You get to eat fresh, nutrient-rich fruit while having a bit of decadence along for the ride. Making the fruit dips with yogurt is also a great thing to try. You add calcium and protein to the mix, which is going to counter some of the sugar and make you feel fuller so that you will indulge less.
