1 slice whole grain toast with jam (1 tbsp.)
Cantaloupe (1/4 melon) or ½ grapefruit
Coffee/tea with lowfat milk (2 tbsp.)

Lunch
Creamy Carrot Soup
Spinach salad (2 cups baby spinach, 1/3 cup sliced mushrooms, 1/2 cup mandarin oranges)
Thousand Island Dressing (2 tbsp.) or Spicy Yogurt Salad Dressing
Tuna Salad
Iced tea with lemon, unsweetened

Snack
Chai Tea (1 cup, made with ½ cup fat-free milk)
6 oz lowfat Stonyfield Farm vanilla yogurt

Dinner
Roasted beef eye of round (6 oz.) (Marinate in balsamic vinegar, sesame oil and low sodium tamari soy sauce) Chicken, turkey or fish may be substituted
Baked potato (½ of a small potato), with Yogurt Salsa Dip
Steamed broccoli (1 cup) tossed with lemon juice and Dijon mustard (1 tsp.)
