Discover your hidden strength

Lifetime Magazine recently published a handy personality quiz that can reveal your secret strengths. Since strength of all kinds is the focus of our up-coming Strong Women Saturday and Strong Women Summit events, we’d like to invite you to sample the quiz here and see if it reveals a strength you might not know you have. Here are two questions, and later this week we’ll help you interpret your results. (See the Strong Women Daily News entry for Septemer 3 for Part 1 of this quiz.)

3) Your sister just found out her husband is cheating. You . . .
a. Urge her not to jump ship without trying to work things out.
b. Talk her through the nitty-gritty of leaving the creep.
c. Are red-hot mad—how dare he betray her?
d. Arrive, tissues in hand, ready to cry with her.

4) Your best friend asks what you think of the elaborate invitations she’s making for her sister’s baby shower. You . . .
a. Gush over her cleverness.
b. Tell her to forget calligraphy for the envelopes—it’s too Martha.
c. Say you think they’re great—but do they match her sister’s taste?
d. Give them a thumbs-up, then remind her that they’ll need extra postage.

Tune in later this week to discover your hidden strength.

Clarie, is this my old high school buddy who was my best friend through thick and thin? Who was at my wedding(s)? I'm so proud to hear of your award and so sorry to hear about Julie, she is in my prayers every night. If this is the same Clarie, please e-mail me. Love. Sue

My sister, Julie Anna Alvarez, is a recovering attorney (Harvard Law)and gives fabulous seminars on Feng Shui..(it covers many areas, physical, emotional and spiritual) that's is what she began studying after she got fed up with laywyering. Her website is www.happychisolutions.com and is practically finished by a young up and coming web designer we met at a network gathering. She is strong because she was able to take the chance and make a career change when everybody said NO! No! what are you doing? I, of course, helped her along being a free spirit and all. Well, why not have her give a talk at your strong women seminars? I have the strong women video Julie brought me and like it very much. Anyway, l love Stonyfield organic yogurt and would love to come to your seminars too. Check Julie out - you will be inspired. Peace Out!!
