Ingredients

1 12cQuinoa
1tbsphoney
13cfresh cilantro (finely chopped)
13choney roasted peanuts
13cStonyfield Organic Plain Greek Yogurt
1 grapefruit (juiced)
2tbspfresh grapefruit zest
2 chives (thinly sliced)
14tspsea salt
14tspFreshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Cook quinoa according to package directions. Remove from heat and immediately transfer to a large bowl. Add honey and gently toss to combine. Set aside covered for 10 minutes to soak.

  2. Mix in remaining ingredients.

  3. Serve.
