Ingredients

2clovegarlic
12cflat leaf parsley
1cangarbanzo beans (chick peas)
12cStonyfield Organic Whole Milk Plain Yogurt
3tbsptahini (sesame seed paste)
1tspsalt
1tsphot sauce
1tspfresh ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Place garlic and parsley in a food processor, and chop until finely diced.

  2. Add garbanzo beans, yogurt, tahini, salt, pepper and hot sauce, and process until smooth.

  3. Serve with pita chips, tortillas or fresh vegetables.
