Simple to prepare, this hummus has a great mild garlic flavor.

    Ingredients


  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1/2 c flat leaf parsley

  • 1 can garbanzo beans (chick peas)

  • 1/2 c Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Plain Yogurt

  • 3 T tahini (sesame seed paste)

  • 1 t salt

  • 1 t hot sauce

  • 1 t fresh ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place garlic and parsley in a food processor, and chop until finely diced.

Step 2

Add garbanzo beans, yogurt, tahini, salt, pepper and hot sauce, and process until smooth.
