Simple to prepare, this hummus has a great mild garlic flavor.
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c flat leaf parsley
- 1 can garbanzo beans (chick peas)
- 1/2 c Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Plain Yogurt
- 3 T tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 1 t salt
- 1 t hot sauce
- 1 t fresh ground black pepper
Calories from Fat:
Place garlic and parsley in a food processor, and chop until finely diced.
Add garbanzo beans, yogurt, tahini, salt, pepper and hot sauce, and process until smooth.
Serve with pita chips, tortillas or fresh vegetables.
