Yogurt Hummus
Simple to prepare, this hummus has a great mild garlic flavor.

Ingredients
| 2 | clove | garlic |
| 1⁄2 | c | flat leaf parsley |
| 1 | can | garbanzo beans (chick peas) |
| 1⁄2 | c | Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Plain Yogurt |
| 3 | tbsp | tahini (sesame seed paste) |
| 1 | tsp | salt |
| 1 | tsp | hot sauce |
| 1 | tsp | fresh ground black pepper |
Directions
Place garlic and parsley in a food processor, and chop until finely diced.
Add garbanzo beans, yogurt, tahini, salt, pepper and hot sauce, and process until smooth.
Serve with pita chips, tortillas or fresh vegetables.
