Ingredients

6cStonyfield Organic Fat Free Plain Yogurt
1csugar
1tbsplemon zest (finely grated)
2cfresh berries (raspberries, blueberries or hulled and sliced strawberries)

Directions

  1. The day before serving or early in the day, stir the yogurt and the sugar together. Let this mixture drain for 4 to 6 hours to make yogurt cheese

  2. Add the grated lemon zest to 2 1/2 cups of yogurt cheese and mix well. Reserve any extra yogurt cheese for another use. Spoon the yogurt cheese into 6 parfait glasses, alternating with layers of fresh berries. If the yogurt cheese is too thick, it can be thinned slightly with additional yogurt.
