Ingredients

1 12lbhalibut filets
1cStonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt
1 onion (chopped)
1tsplemon pepper
1tspdried parsley
1tbsplemon juice
  Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. Lightly coat an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

  3. Rinse halibut filets and pat dry. Place fish in a single layer in the baking dish.

  4. Mix together yogurt, onion, lemon pepper, parsley and salt; pour over fish filets. Drizzle filets with lemon juice.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until fish is firm and can be flaked with a fork.
