8cStonyfield Organic Whole Milk French Vanilla Yogurt
1tspcardamom
1tspcinnamon

1cwalnuts (toasted)

Directions

  1. Using 8 dessert bowls or wine glasses, place 1 cup of yogurt in each bowl.

  2. Sprinkle each with spices and top with walnuts and a drizzle of honey (dividing ingredients equally between servings).
