Ingredients

8ozwhipped cream cheese
2tbspcarrots (grated)
2tbspbroccoli (cut)
2tbspzucchini (grated, water squeezed out)
1tbsponion (grated)
1clovegarlic (minced)
2tbspmixed herbs of your choice (cut)
12cStonyfield Organic Plain Greek Yogurt

Directions

  1. With a small spatula, mix all ingredients together.

  2. Place mixture in a covered container and place into the fridge until you are ready to use.
