Turkey and Bean Burritos

Ingredients
| 1 | medium onion (chopped) | |
| 2 | clove | garlic (minced) |
| 1 | jalapeno (seeded and diced) | |
| 1 | lime (just juice) | |
| 6 | flour tortillas | |
| 1 | tsp | cumin |
| 1⁄4 | tsp | cayenne pepper |
| 1 | tbsp | canola oil |
| 1 | c | turkey (shredded) |
| 1⁄2 | c | cilantro (chopped) |
| 1 | c | cooked brown rice |
| 1 | c | Stonyfield Organic Fat Free Plain Yogurt |
| 1 | c | cheddar cheese (shredded) |
| 1 | can | diced fire-roasted tomatoes (drained) |
| 1 | can | black beans (rinsed and drained) |
Directions
Heat oil in skillet to medium/high.
Add onions, garlic, and jalapenos, sauté until onions are clear (about 5 minutes).
Reduce heat to medium, add turkey, tomatoes, lime juice, cumin, cayenne, and cilantro.
Let simmer for 5 minutes.
In small bowl combine black beans, brown rice and yogurt and set aside.
On flat surface, place 1/2 cup turkey mixture in center of tortilla and 1/2 cup of yogurt, bean and rice mixture.
Add 1/3 cup cheese to each burrito.
Fold left and then right side of tortilla over filling.
Roll up unfolded sides.
Cut in half and serve with your favorite salsa, like our Spicy Yogurt Mango Salsa.
