Summer Herb Salad Dressing
As the summer warms up, one thing that is always abundant is a wide variety of fresh herbs. By using lowfat or nonfat yogurt as the base of this delicious dressing you can avoid much of the fat and calories from traditional salad dressings.

| 1 | c | Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt |
| 1 | tsp | lemon juice |
| 1 | tsp | honey |
| 1⁄4 | c | fresh chives (minced) |
| 1⁄4 | c | fresh dill (minced) |
| 1⁄4 | c | fresh parsley (minced) |
| Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
