Hummus, Salsa, and Guacamole in one!

Ingredients

3/4 c chile sauce or salsa
3/4 c Stonyfield Organic Greek Plain Nonfat Yogurt
1 large avocado
1 cn chickpeas
1 t garlic (chopped)
1 t cider vinegar
1/2 t salt
pepper (few grinds)
water (optional)

Step 1

Blend together all ingredients, adding a few splashes of water if necessary.
