Hummus, Salsa, and Guacamole in one!

Prep: Cook: Yields: 8 Servings

    Ingredients

  • 3/4 c chile sauce or salsa
  • 3/4 c Stonyfield Organic Greek Plain Nonfat Yogurt
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 t garlic (chopped)
  • 1 t cider vinegar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • pepper (few grinds)
  • water (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Blend together all ingredients, adding a few splashes of water if necessary.
